Mewcket Inc. (hereinafter, “our Company”) handles information about the users (hereinafter, “User Information”) of our service “Quevico” (hereinafter, “this Service”) in accordance with the following provisions.

We may obtain any of the information listed above from our users.

In addition to the information listed above, our Company may also obtain information such as a user’s ID and profile from external services such as Twitter, Facebook, and Paypal (hereinafter, “External Services”) when the user uses features of this Service that are linked to External Services.

Please refer to the guidelines on personal information disclosure applications separately issued by our Company for more information on the disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, or suspension of use of the personal information provided by users. However, we may be unable to perform these operations depending on the nature of the information.

Upon receiving a request based on the provisions of the preceding Paragraph, our Company will verify the user’s identity before disclosing his/her personal information within a reasonable scope. However, this does not apply to cases in which our Company does not bear any disclosure obligations under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other laws and regulations.

Article 10 (Revisions to this Policy)

Our Company shall review the circumstances surrounding our handling of User Information as necessary and work on constantly improving the system. This Policy may be revised at any time if required.

The revised version of this Policy will be made available through publication on this Service or websites managed by our Company, or via other easily accessible means. However, if we make any changes that require the prior consent of users under the law, we will obtain their consent through another method separately prescribed by our Company.

Article 11 (Targets of this Service and Data Processing Operations)

This Service is provided with the residents of Japan as target users and does not target the residents of the EEA. The information obtained by our Company through the usage of this Service by users is premised on the understanding that the data is associated with a resident of Japan and that this data undergoes processing operations such as analyses, predictions, assessments, and determinations with Japanese residents as our intended target. Even if our Company obtains the information of individuals who are residents of the EEA, these processing operations will not be performed for this information.
